GIA BAIOCCHI

Gia Baiocchi was raised in Sebastopol, riding her pony through the apple orchards and savoring the smell of ripening Gravensteins in the air. After college, she moved to a beautiful island in the middle of the Pacific ocean and cultivated her skills as a vegan/raw food chef at the world renowned Blossoming Lotus Restaurant, where she served as Head Chef and Catering Coordinator, as well as eventually managing the Lotus Root Juice Bar and Bakery.

 

Gia is grateful to be back in her hometown as the Alchemystress of all things good at The Nectary, where we specialize in delicious and nutritious offerings for the health and well-being of our community. 

 

With 20 years of life experience in Raw and Vegan food preparation, Traditional Herbalism, Ayurveda and Aromatherapy, Gia has finally found the perfect venue to integrate and share her diversity of skills and offerings.
